All Rooms Are Different at GOLD+BETON in Cologne

All Rooms Are Different presents works by Nezaket Ekici, Abrie Fourie, and Opera Village residency curator and photographer Akinbode Akinbiyi, created in 2021 as part of our artist-in-residence program in Burkina Faso. Rethought and repositioned within the urban context of Cologne.
The exhibition explores (post-)colonial continuities, global interconnections, and questions of local visibility in urban space. Photographs, video works, installations, conversations, a performance, and a free food event with creatingcommunitycologne e.V. invite reflection and dialogue.
