A visit in Christoph Schlingensiefs Operndorf Afrika in Burkina Faso

„A Bayreuth for Africa!“ with these catchwords the many-sided artist Christoph Schlingensief announced his vision. He wanted to build an Opera Village in Africa to learn within common cultural projects about each other and to diminish mutual prejudices. Together with the burkinian architect Francis Kéré he developed the project. Since 2010 the construction is going on – how does it look today?
